Nigatsu-do Hall of Todai-ji Temple was built about 1,200 years ago, but it was destroyed by fire once and the current building was built about 450 years ago. It was designated as a National Treasure of Japan about 15 years ago.

It is located 7 and 8 minutes on foot from the famous Todaiji Temple and theGreat Buddha Hall , and it is on the hillside climbing the slope. You can feel the taste of Japan by going through the path of the soil wall or climbing the stone steps of the corridor in the road.

Moreover, the view of the city of Nara Park and Nara, overlooking from Nigatsu-do Hall of Todai-ji Temple is also very wonderful, so I will definitely stop by when I go to Nara Park.

Nigatsu-do Hall of Todai-ji Temple is a Buddhist temple with a honorable image of the eleventh facade.
It is not too big on the scale, and it can be seen in about 15 to 20 minutes.

When you leave “Nigatsu-do Hall of Todai-ji Temple”, there is Wakakusa Mountain in the immediate place and you can go up to the top in about 40 minutes.
