Today I will introduce 『Daikoku』, a nostalgic shop of delicious Kayakugohan(rice mixed with various vegetables) in Kansai / Osaka.

The location is 2 minutes on foot from Osaka Metro Midosuji line Namba station number 25 exit.It is a nostalgic small shop that I do not think it is in the middle of the city of Osaka, even local people in the Kansai area are few shops.

Since its inauguration in 1902, it has not changed, and we offer delicious Kayakugohan(rice mixed with various vegetables).

The inside of the shop is a really small shop with only 2 seats in the table seat and only at the counter, it is a customer who comes to eat deliciously Kayakugohan(rice mixed with various vegetables), it will be full as soon as it opens.

It is miso soup that I want you to order along with Kayakugohan(rice mixed with various vegetables).

There are red miso and white miso in miso soup. In Japan’s home cooking, red miso is common, but I also personally love miso soup of a little sweet white miso.

Please have “egg” put in order.

I think that you can realize what this is the real Japanese food with Kayakugohan(rice mixed with various vegetables) and miso soup.

Several fish dishes are prepared, please choose from boiled fish and baked fish.

Several things that gently seasoned the seasonal vegetables are also prepared in the side menu, so please make a choice.

Even if the surrounding people are eating the same thing, even if you ask the store person to recommend, we will guarantee that everything will definitely be delicious, even if you ask suitably for around 500 yen from the menu.

Sundays, Mondays and public holidays are closed, the opening hours are from 11:30 to 15:00 for lunch and from 17: 00 to 20: 00 for evening.
